I tried to order a large order for the first time from Wicked Liquid in Fla on the phone to try and get some specific help in ordering. I asked for Amanda, the Mgr. who spoke to me for 1 miniute then handed me off to the sales person I already had trouble with and who acted like I was bothering her with my 220.00 order. Well, I tried to explain very clearly that I was ordering multi tornado batteries and simply needed a wall charger for it that doesnt use a computer to charge, this is for a disabled person who cant use one, I explained all this to Noemi, low and behold a week later I get my order with only a computer usb,just what I was afraid of and spent much effort not to get, even going so far as to ask for the Mgr's help. so, I send back the usb cable at my expense, its now 3 weeks w/o a charger at all for this order. I today opened a package from Wicked liquid, AGAIN no charger that works with their tornado, this one doesnt even fit the battery at all. Not too difficult. yeah, right. And they say no returns only exchanges, period. lets see what visa says.
once, twice three times is crazy.. Totally Wicked liquid,the worst. My 1st bad review ever.

I feel for ya aaple. I had a pretty bad experience with Janty myself. I have to say though, I've ordered from TW about a dozen times without any problems. I do think some of their stuff is over-priced though.
I shouldn't post on this thread probably but just an fyi, the usb charger then plugs in to usb mains plug, I am not sure they make the old style chargers that were used on 510's/901's for the eGo, err, tornado. It looks like the following but with a us pin set up ;

Yeah a USB mains plug is all that's needed. Obviously they didn't do a very good job of explaining this though, otherwise this thread wouldn't be here, and would have been nice if they'd supplied one. I have to say - I've had a bad experience with another company's Green Tea liquid being mixed all ....ed up in a batch...I've not had any problems with TW.
