I've seen a lot of complaints about the scrolling menu and I have to admit it's not the most user friendly but far from the worst to have come out.
I started this thread because I saw a couple ideas posted and I figured there had to be more out there.
One idea from USM got me thinking about a non scrolling option. However I can already here the "it's too many clicks" complaints.
My idea is rather simple once you get into the menu, use single button presses to advance options. Once you get to the option you want double press to get into that option. A long press of 1+ sec or just holding down the button will scroll through the options.
I don't think, given the capability of the ARM chip, that this would be too hard to implement. Especially given the fact that you use the single press navigation in the power setting option to increase or decrease power.
How about it Vape360. Would this be workable?
Would this be an option you p3 users and those that passed because of the scrolling menu consider a valuable improvement?
I'm pretty sure most of us with a radius now have it set to manual instead of auto scroll so I don't Foresee too many objections if auto scroll was eliminated in favor of a few more button presses.
