Sorry it was 40% off.. bringing it to about 60% of the price at this other place. Some people say that certain nic is better for some reason but there is nothing wrong with places that resell Box Elder at all, just IMO. I think for nic just keep your eye out for sales and make sure you keep stocked. I think 250ml will last me at least a year.
