I am looking into the standard bf cyclone rda. I was just wanting some opinions on where to get one and how good are they.

I've been using one daily since I got my reo a couple months ago and I love it. The flavor is a lot better than my other rda's. I am running the fusion drip tip with it. I haven't had any feeding or draining issues with it either.
Mountain Oak has them in stock including the AFC caps (on sale!) I've been rocking the non-afc version for a while, I enjoy it, but want more airflow. The brass AFC cap shipped today
They fit fine in my Woodvils from the last run. I think some of the early Woodvils had smaller drip wells but I'm not sure.
Not sure. the first Woodvil's were 801's. But the VA Cyclones will fit in all 5 of my Woodies... 2 14500's, 1 18490 and 2 18650's. Some of them I was told are from the last run, but I don't know which run the others are from.
It depends a little on what you like - I LOVE my Cyclone, but I like a fairly tight draw, and I "mouth-to-lung" most of the time.
You CAN get it airier with the AFC top, and you CAN do dual coils - but for a big airy cloud-chaser, there'd be better choices.
What are you using that you like now? That might help determine if a Cyclone's a good one for you?

Do cyclones only come with the stainless steel sleeve? That link I posted earlier looks like maybe copper or brass in the site's picture....hard to tell.
I only have 4 non-AFCs on 4 Reos. I hear the AFC cap does have some leaking problems. I like mine very much. Divo is next!!
The standard top is only in SS - that photo's got weird lighting.
But the AFC is available in several colors - they had a special edition Red and Black in the past, and then this year came out with a few different ones. I've got the black one - but it sits, as I actually prefer it with the standard cap, tiny stock airhole, and a single coil. But I'm an odd duck.

I too love my Cyclones. As said above both of mine were bought used off the classies, both are 2013. And both were drilled with larger air holes. The first came 7/64" with a Cloud Chaser DT that works very well with my long long hits; the second 3/64" came w/Fusion Cap that works not as well so I will enlarge it to 5/64" when I get to it and see if that works better with the much smaller bore Fusion cap (I like it's looks, not so much it's bore for LLH).
Do u know where to get the cloud chaser DT? I got the AFC & am praying it doesn't leak, yah I know lol... I hate drilling cuz I like the different air flow options as I always LH. You said your gonna drill to 5/64, was the 7/64 to big? I like air but not crazy air, if that makes any sense!? Also, where is the cheapest place to buy a regular cap if it's super leaky? I had to send it in to get fixed as the guy who modded it messed it up & it wouldn't connect w/ 510...
