I have some Orange Banana flavor, and it's nice, but the Orange is a bit overwhelming. I have some Sweet Cream flavor coming, and I thought I'd use it to make an Orange Banana Creamsicle flavor.

I'm still pretty new to DIY though, so I'm wondering if I can get some tips on ratios of Orange Banana, and the Sweet Cream. I'm thinking maybe 60/40 OB/SC? Does that sound about right?

Orange/Banana is Liquid Barn, and Sweet Cream is Capella.

I'm just trying to make the Orange/banana more palatable.

I have no hands on experience with Liquid Barn flavors and am not sure if adding any amounts cream will make it "palatable".

From their site I do see:

Flavor Description: Similar to an Orange Julius, with the cooling sensation of a cream-cicle.
Suggested Mix Percentage: 8%

Since it has not been so long since you were doing analogs, I would suggest a starting mix of..

Orange/Banana 7%
Cap Sweet Cream 2%

The mentioned mixing the two flavors on a stand alone basis and later mixing them together is also a fine idea.

Thanks a bunch for the tips. I'll try that to start. :)
