Order Issue

Ahoy AVE Fans!

I have an issue with my latest order and I have contacted their support several times in the last three days with no response. Is this forum an appropriate place to post my concern? It isn't a huge deal but I would definitely like a response from them.

Do they normally take longer than three days to respond to emails?

No way, they probably had some issues with receiving the email. Ben is excellent with his customer service, and I hold every bit of faith towards that the issue will be addressed, whatever it may be.

They responded to me quickly but I went through AVE web site. My problem was with USPS which was beyond their control.

I know what I did when I had an order mix up was just reply back to the conformation email. Worked and the problem was fixed quickly

Thanks for the info everyone. I messaged them through their support email and responded to the confirmation order email. I will try through their contact section on the site, though I'm sure it all goes through the same email.

The website support ticket is the best way to get a hold of us, it is handled on the site and through the site without any limiting factors. The support e-mail (gmail) can flag items or loose them--like all e-mail systems, this is the only idea for why we haven't seen to your issue yet. I'm like a rabid crazy ticket cruncher even if I don't have a solution I try to respond to everyone. PM me here or drop me a support ticket and you will get taken care of.
