I have been vaping since January of this year. I have placed multiple orders with multiple vendors. I have had defective product and/or mixed up orders with all of them. It's just the way it is. Not all of the orders are doa product. Most of them worked fine for a little while then stopped. Some were however, doa.
Knowing what I know about the business, it really IS unreasonable to expect every single atty/battery/juice to be tested before shipped. Some of the stuff is sealed and I'd rather they not break the seals. I also don't want juice in my atty's from where they tested it. It's just unreasonable to expect every single item to be tested for every order, and to expect to never have product issues.
What IS reasonable is to expect the vendors address the issues within a timely manner. I have purchased from madvapes multiple times and even I have had defective product. But they addressed the issue in a timely manner and fixed it. This has been the case with every issue that has been posted in this forum.
IN addition, the guys at Madvapes have been some of the most helpful vendors around. The assistance they have provided the modding community and the advancements that have been made because if it... I think they're more than the average vendor and I wish more people would be less knee-jerk about the issues. For that matter, EVERY e-cig vendor I've dealt with has been better than most ANY other online vendor in any other industry that I've dealt with.
Nearly all of the ecig vendors listed on this forum are small-time vendors. Most with only a handful of employees working out of a garage, basement or a small shop/storefront. Word of mouth is their only means of business so to post some knee-jerk reactions on a forum before or during any sort of standard process has had it's chance to work or not could seriously damage their business. So I think the responsibility goes both ways; vendor <-> customer.
And I'm not talking about you so much Sardonic as your post/issue has already blown over, but these types of complaint posts keep happening to vendors and not just to madvapes.
