Order problem with Vapor4Life order

Hi All,

I'm not new to the vaping scene and have been a lurker for awhile, basically checking out deals and additional tricks for my joye ego. I find most of my deals from the sub section "Deals & Steals". So I saw a promo for Vapor4Life, 35% off and of course I jumped on the deal to get 4 bottles of 30ml liquid. I received my order Friday, February 4th, but had a slight problem. There were only 2 bottles of 30ml in there and a few carts that I wasnt sure what it was made for. I've since tried contacting Vapor4Life via email on Friday and today again. No answer. So I had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company. I never had a bad experience with Freedomsmoke, Strictly ejuice and a few other companies. Now I have no idea what to do. Sorry for the rant guys & gals. Great forum and definitely very helpful and positive members on the site.

I was waiting for an order as well. I did get in touch with them. They got slammed by a blizzard, and then they had some server problems. I had an instant chat session with someone there today, and it seems like they are getting everything taken care of. I am a relatively new customer, but as far as I am concerned, V4L's customer service has been excellent.

I placed an order from V4L on 2/8/11 and it was delivered today. This was when they were having their 30% off juice sale. Everything was received as described. I just wish some of these places would include business cards so that I could make notes on them. (I just save the receipt, and make notes on that instead).

I don't know if you have enough posts, but maybe try to contact them in their thread here at ECF.

BTW, their WOW bottles are really pretty!

I had a problem with a package from V4L that had been basically destroyed in transit. A big ole rip in one corner and out of 23 items, I only received 9. I was frustrated at first not finding a number to call on their website, but put in my support ticket and got an email from them the next day...despite the blizzard they're were dealing with. They promised to refill my missing items and get them out ASAP. According to USPS they should arrive today. I was very happy with their response. I do wish they could use a box or heavier envelope that could withstand USPS. And I love that they throw in those little freebies to give you a taste of something new.

My package didn't arrive today, so I'll probably not get it till Monday. Dag nabbit. USPS is not what it once was. I can't get packages on saturday where I live bc the office is closed and the mailperson is too lazt to ring my buzzer.

V4L has never let me down. Any problem I've ever had was addressed immediately which has made me a happy loyal cutomer for life.

Ive done tons of buisiness with V4L. Ive never gotten shortages on my orders, but have gotten some faulty stuff from them. I emailed and got IMMEDIATE response. Not only did i get replacement parts without question, I got extra stuff that definitely was worth the contact efforts.. Off the subject, I was checkin into the "Backwoods Brew" juices.. They are high.. There juice for 20mL is more than V4L's juice for 30mL..Just sayin..And V4L gets from them to me in 1 or 2 days MAX.. V4L all the way!!
