As matter of fact, Ive spent HOURS and HOURS on the laptop searching for those great E-cigg deals, and as far as I can find, other than CigEasy, theres no one that can compete with V4L's prices on batteries, cases, or any other hardware. When i say batteries, i dont mean one that looks like a vaporking 808, but real deal vapor king 808's..Theres no contest. Ive got 3 other 808 models from other vendors right here next to me, and i can tell tell ya first hand, they are good, but the buttons on the manuals are loose and rattle, dont activate at times, so you have to push them really hard, and they die about and hour or two before the V4L manuals I have. Just an FYI

hey guys/gals,

Sorry for not updating this post sooner, but I've been really busy. After contacting V4L through their support center page, everything has been resolved and they replaced the 2 missing 30ml bottles of juice. Customer service has been excellent and very responsive. The weird thing is the replacement "cowboy menthol", looks different in color and packaging compared to the initial order. In the original order, the liquid is clear/almost colorless; the new one is more brownish (similar to the marl menthol from strictly e-juice). Has anyone tried this blend?

Just call them or open a ticket on the site. If the cartos were loose in the bag, those are free samples - they sometimes add those to an order. But you should have had your 4 bottles in the order. Did you check your receipt and make sure the 4 are listed?

Everything has been resolved and V4L replaced the 2 missing bottles of 30ml. I checked everything when I first received the order, no rips in the packing and receipt stated 4. Great customer service!

I don't know man. I have had horrible luck with them. My first PV was the shorty PCC kit. The PCC would charge itself fine but never ever would charge the PV battery. I contacted them 2 times and they did everything but fix the problem. They sent another battery and a usb charger to check to make sure the batteries were working on the first call. When the usb charger worked on both batteries but not the pcc I called them back again and got no where. I feel I bought the PCC, I should be able to get a working one. I got so disappointed with them I just got rid of it all and steer everyone away from V4L that asks me.
I think you got lucky.

Thanks SO much for posting. I'm staying away from Vapor4Life. I've never ordered from them and w/your experience and Aarons I don't want to. Little tip for you, stay away from Cigeasy too. Frank is another one that won't answer your emails. I sent him back the SECOND bad battery that I paid $55 for a week and a half ago. I emailed him three times and called him. Nothing. He's got my money, but he'll never have my business again. I've also heard that Totally Wicked has some bad customer service. One thing I do know. I'll be checking out every vendor I buy from, from now on. Freedom Smoke USA is a great place to buy your juice. I really like these people. Again, thanks for letting us know.

I've had nothing but amazing experiences with vapor4life. My first order had a bad passthrough and they sent out a replacement as soon as I contacted them. Then I ordered a bunch of batteries and they sent out a replacement as soon as I told them about it. And they handwrite thank you notes on the invoice and I have always received extras in my orders. With the email coupons they send out, there's always killer deals.

Maybe a poll should be taken to see which vendors people have had most trouble with and which vendors people are most pleased with. I'm afraid a lot of people who have just ordered, but never had the pleasure of trying resolve an issue would vote and say - Hey they are great. Sure, lots of vendors are great when they are collecting your money, but when you're trying to get what you paid for from them, not always so easy I'm thinking. Now sunuvajeh has had a great experience and no trouble with Vapor4life, two other people have. Maxwell ordered from them, but have you ever had to return something or get your money back? I'm guilty too, I really like Freedomsmokeusa, but then again, all I've ever done is order from them and give them my money. I've never asked for a little help from them. They write personal notes too - that kinda CS works, believe me, I know. When I waited tables, if you put a little personal note on the bill, your tips get bigger. What REALLY matters is dealing with people fairly - hey, at the VERY least, answer my emails instead of ignoring me completely - like Cigeasys MO. I've seen various people on this forum say Totally Wicked has horrible customer service. I'm not ordering from them - too many other vendors to order from. I'm not taking a chance of being another one who is dissatisfied. From now on, I'm searching the vendors name and seeing what others have experienced.

Sandiego....have you seen CigEasys forum here? http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/cigeasy/164363-does-cigeasy-have-customer-service.html check the last post in this thread.

As for V4L, I have emailed once gotten a response within 24 hours. Another time the live chat....hmmm the live chat is great and how many other vendors have that? To me that alone means that they care about their customers and the service they provide. sh**t happens. These vendors to have a real life too and sh**t happens to them as well. Mrs T for example was very ill a ways back and is still trying to catch up. Can one say it's a bad vendor....illness strikes us all, tragedy hits, anything can affect an internet based business? And given half a chance, most vendors here on ECF will make it right, given a fair chance.

I've only placed one order with V4L (yep, I'm a noob), and both batteries in the starter kit failed on me at different times. I used the live chat (awesome CS feature!) and a new batt was sent out that day. Got it 3 days later and it works like a charm. After using live chat again a few days ago, I'm expecting to get the other replacement today.

My original order came with a bunch of extra sample cartos (thanks guys!)... and let's face it, their prices are the best out there. I will recommend this company to anyone who wants to try out e-cigs because of their excellent product and fantastic customer service. Plus, you get the support of all the great V4Ler's in this forum!

I have placed over 12 orders with V4L...yes, I had placed orders elsewhere and promptly regretted it. V4L has unsurpassed CS. I have always had all questions answered, all orders complete and then some! I had a battery that was not working (one out SIX!) and they replaced it BEFORE I return the other one...that is amazing! They have fabulous sales and someone is always available to speak with...though you DO need to READ and find out where to get your help.....they are not mindreaders............
