Order problem with Vapor4Life order

I like the live chat too. We are able to respond to issues almost instantly.
I've only placed one order with V4L (yep, I'm a noob), and both batteries in the starter kit failed on me at different times. I used the live chat (awesome CS feature!) and a new batt was sent out that day. Got it 3 days later and it works like a charm. After using live chat again a few days ago, I'm expecting to get the other replacement today.

My original order came with a bunch of extra sample cartos (thanks guys!)... and let's face it, their prices are the best out there. I will recommend this company to anyone who wants to try out e-cigs because of their excellent product and fantastic customer service. Plus, you get the support of all the great V4Ler's in this forum!

Maybe a poll should be taken to see which vendors people have had most trouble with and which vendors people are most pleased with. I'm afraid a lot of people who have just ordered, but never had the pleasure of trying resolve an issue would vote and say - Hey they are great. Sure, lots of vendors are great when they are collecting your money, but when you're trying to get what you paid for from them, not always so easy I'm thinking. Now sunuvajeh has had a great experience and no trouble with Vapor4life, two other people have. Maxwell ordered from them, but have you ever had to return something or get your money back? I'm guilty too, I really like Freedomsmokeusa, but then again, all I've ever done is order from them and give them my money. I've never asked for a little help from them. They write personal notes too - that kinda CS works, believe me, I know. When I waited tables, if you put a little personal note on the bill, your tips get bigger. What REALLY matters is dealing with people fairly - hey, at the VERY least, answer my emails instead of ignoring me completely - like Cigeasys MO. I've seen various people on this forum say Totally Wicked has horrible customer service. I'm not ordering from them - too many other vendors to order from. I'm not taking a chance of being another one who is dissatisfied. From now on, I'm searching the vendors name and seeing what others have experienced.

Any time Ive ever had a problem Ive never had to ask for my money back I just get a new piece of hardware for free. Way better than anywhere else Ive experienced.
and you are right about freedomsmokesusa. they are a nice family with good juice. I love their little hand written messages, very personalized. V4L has that same kind of feel to them. Very family oriented and loyal to their customers. Their goal is to make you smile. :)

Well, if one wanted to label this a mini poll, I'd have to say Vaper4life has gotten some good feedback. I've never personally ordered from them, but because I've had a bad experience with Cigeasy, I'm a little gun shy when I hear from two people like Sunuvajeh and Aaron say they've had similar experiences with Vaper4life. The rest of you have assuaged my fears a bit should I decide to ever order from them. But Sunuvajeh and Aaron, I feel your pain. And yes I do know Cigeasy has a forum - and I've got an email address and a phone number that Frank should have, could have used. I got to chase this guy? THREE times I emailed him, and called him once. This man took my money, the unit broke in 12 days. I'm not getting my money back. That was a $55 lesson. While I was waiting......and waiting.........and waiting to hear from him, I came on this forum and did a search. As I said before, I'm not the only one having this problem with Cigeasy. Nope, I'm not going to beg this guy to give me back my money. I sent him the shorted out battery and I guess that's that. Lesson learned.

well sandiego, Im really glad you are logical and can see how much we all love V4L. maybe you should try them out? Their products are pretty darn awesome! eh eh? wanna join the dark side? if you ever have a problem with V4L they have an army of people to answer your questions and get you smilin! (do I sound like I work for them? cus I dont. I dont make any money off them, if anything they are robbin me blind with all their sales and awesomeness!)

Well i'm impressed so far. Took 5 days for my first order to get here (in the UK!) In fact as soon as I made my order before going to bed I promptly sent a message requesting a different colour. Checked my email in the morning and V4L appologised as the order had already been shipped. Now that's what I call service. Will report back on any faulty items but my Pcc I got today is working and the batts all took some charge but they were already fully charged. Oh yea and they threw in a free battery. Big thumbs up, well done V4L.

I have ordered from V4L alot......Like I have stated in other threds.......the company has permeated my soul. Have had 3 batts fail and got misshipped 3 menthol sample packs. they replaced all batt in a cross ship method (which is not the norm with most internet vendors) and told me to keep the 15 carts that were misshipped and sent me replacement carts for my orig order. that is 15 free carts. Hands down the best cust service I have had. Have rec them to many people and will continue to do so!

In a short period of time I've ordered about 30 times from V4L. My BFF has ordered at least this many times. There have been issues with product and shipping, but NONE that have not been resolved. I've been shopping via the internet since 1991 and there is no other vendor than can match V4L Customer Service - NONE.

I may have stated my experiences with v4l in a confusing way in my other post. Allow me to clarify, I have had excellent experiences with them. The 2 times out of 5-6 orders that have had issues were resolved fast. I am going to be a loyal customer for as long as I vape. And they are the first company that I recommend to friends that want to purchase kr808 style equipment. I am now using an inferno-t and am passing my vapor king gear on to a friend that's interested in giving up smoking. I will keep buying juice from v4l though. Their wow lineup is the only thing that I have found that really satisfies my need for flavor, vapor, th, and price.
