Three days ago I made porches like three times before for eGo-T and some liquids,make payment via Moneybookers like I done before.You respond to my email that you no longer use Moneybookers for payments.Tray to refund my money from MB system but still no solution.Can you return my money or just send me my purchase items?

Thank you for your post here.
I am very sorry that we can not send your order out because we can not get your payment from our moneybooker account. Our moneybooker account was hold a few months ago for some unknown reason. so we had to cancel the payment method. We also stated that on our site and on the forum.
we still have over 1000 dollars in the account, but we can not use them at all.
We tried to refund your payment, but were told that we have no right to refund.
We did try to contact moneybookers China office. but they do not have an office or a contact here. we started to contact with them by email and fix it. but we do not know how long it will.
so we appreciat your understanding.

You should just do the right thing and ship this guys order and do what you need to do to get the money from MB. He paid you with a method that you accepted from him in the past. If you could not take that payment method any longer you should have set your account to refuse the payment.

i am sorry that we can not get our account to refuse the payment. Actually we can do nothing about our account.
