Order still “processing”

I see I’m not the only one having this issue. I ordered either Sunday or Monday and I received an age confirmation email but haven’t heard anything since. Also paid extra for 1-3 day shipping. I emailed a couple times and tried to have my order cancelled but they said since it’s processing they can’t cancel it. It’s been almost a week and I haven’t heard anything but that they won’t cancel my order. I don’t necessarily want it cancelled but I don’t want to wait weeks when I paid for quick shipping etc. my order number is V100220346

    Hi Neil!
    I ordered a product off of your website and paid for express shipping, it's been 24 hours and I still have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking info, my account says no orders when I look through the website. I've called customer service 3 times to voicemail and have had no response to the emails I have sent, beginning to think this website is a scam. Is there anything you can do on your end to give me some sort of update on the status of my order? I ordered it for a christmas gift and would love to receive it in time for christmas! The order number is #V100232563
