Ordered one today. Now I see they are out of stock. How long before I get some type of notice that my order went thru. It just says processing. Does that mean it went thru? Along with another poster I too own a REO Grand and have been using it for the last 2 years. Decided it was time for something different!!

I ordered one last thrusday, only thing I recieved was the confirmation email right after I placed the order. The status on mine is still "Processing" too... Just checked my online bank statement, looks like provape charged my account. Check and see if they charged your account, if so I'm pretty sure you'll be fine. If nothing by monday shoot them an email. This is my first provari so I'm very excited, hope it's not all hype.

I think they will do repairs for a fee. I've read in other threads that people who bought the first version were able to send in their devices to be upgraded to the new version for a fee of twenty bucks. I assume they will do other repairs for a fee. On their website under the "Contact us" section you can send them an email. I Imagine you just email them about any Out of warranty services needed. You could contact them to make sure. They're in Washington State and it's only 5:25 AM there so it may take a few hours for them to get back to you.

My order is still Processing. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas morning. HAHA
