ordered some ce3's. when can I expect them?

used priority mail(usps). I live in so cal. and ordered them Thursday morning. didnt get a confirmation email that it was shipped until early this morning(Saturday). and somehow I can't track my package.kind of strange. all of my cartos are toast and I need to vape ASAP.they have the best customer service though. I had a defective battery and Steve from si's customer service sent me a new one.

Now that its been about 24hrs, try tracking it again. A new package usually won't show up on USPS for about 12-24hrs.

I'm having the same problem. I ordered some stuff on Friday and got the shipping confirmation yesterday morning but USPS isn't showing the tracking number.

Its not SI. It's the United States Post Office. I've had some packages still say Ohio on the morning I get them here is So. California. On the other hand I have seen the United States Post Office sit on some of my packages in some state someplace for a few days. May years ago I worked for a mail presort facility and learned that regular mail can sit at each post office up to 3 days. This was in the late 80's and was considered good service. It has only gone downhill since.

don't get me wrong . I love smokeless image products. but te most I have had to wait for a package from them is three days. smokeless image didnt ship my package until two full days after I ordered. normally when I order in the morning it's shipped the same day.

Mine showed up in USPS's system around 6 tonight saying that it's at my local sort facility so I should be getting it tomorrow. Not sure why it didn't show up before then but I guess USPS in OH didn't scan it. Who knows

I'm in Knoxville, TN so usually gets here next day for me when it ships from OH. I know when I buy from anyone out west it normally takes 2-3 days to get to me once it ships.
