Samara Botane Aromatic Apothecary: TOBACCO ABSOLUTE

That link is the tobacco Absolute I just ordered ( I hear it is the best ) now the flavor part. I would like to try FA tobacco flavors but need some help with flavors. First of all, am I thinking correctly about this with flavourart? Meaning:are the tobacco flavors from FA meant to be used with TA? if so, this is what I am after......

1. Cuban Supreme - is this a good cigar type flavor?
2. RY4 - I have never tried any RY4 , is this a good one?
3. One of the American types , I used Marlboro Lights when I smoked but have never found that any of the Maxboro's or Marboro's flavors from other vendors to taste like a Marlboro Light. Is FA Ultimate Maxboro close?
I have had Silver Leaf tobacco from P.S. and thought it was a very good flavor but just a tad bit to strong for me. Looking for a mellower but still flavorful taste.

Last question...I have had some good experiences with mixing a tobacco flavor with bakery type flavors...if I put a drop of the TA in one of my bakery flavors, will that give me a tobacco bakery flavor. This will be my first attempt with TA and it is my understanding that this is the "smoke" in the flavor....is that correct?
Any feedback appreciated....thanks:unsure:

fa doesn't need ta. their tobaccos are great on their own. I have tried camel, dark, dessert ship, ry4, oba oba.I have only tried ta with the camel so far it does bring it to a new level. one thing to remember with fa though is let it sit for 2 or 3 days to smooth out and the tobaccos are good at 2 % or so.

I haven't done any mixing tobacco with bakery but have been thinking about it it. I would assume you would go light on the bakery flavor. gonna be trying that out this next week or so.

FlavourArt tobacco flavors are meant to be used alone; they already contain tobacco flavoring. Perhaps you're thinking of Seedmans Commercial, which needs to be used with TA.

One drop of pure TA would be much too strong for even 30ml of juice. The way to work with TA is to dilute it in alcohol, making it easier to measure and mix. First, heat the tobacco absolute to thin it by placing the bottle in hot water. Add 2 drops of TA to 10ml of alcohol. Use about 2-5% of this TA/alcohol mixture in your tobacco recipes.

I would try making a Marlboro light flavor with about 5% FA Cowboy and just a touch of diluted TA.

OK thanks Max and I get that...just curious if you know..what kind of flavor would I get from the TA mix and vg only? would it be something like a cigarette?

TA alone is so-so. (Yeah I have used the one you linked.). I find it a good base, but not full enough on its own.

A few drops of TA (diluted in PGA as mentioned above) and a few drops of FA's Cuban makes a nice, full bodied, cigar flavor.

Basically, play with it and see how it works for you.

I also like FA's Virginia with TA too. Maybe a bit more pipe like, but still good stuff.

What Hoosier said... TA alone is kinda one-dimensional. It's made from a single type of tobacco such as Nicotiana Rustica. Commercial smoking tobacco is blended of different types such as Virginia, Turkish and Burley and usually has flavoring added to it.

I've tried to get more flavor out of a TA-only mix and wound up with an ashtray taste.
