Ordering fail...

Keep getting the error: "Transaction Declined. Please use another card and try again" when I try to complete the order.

I've tried 2 different cards, Visa and Mastercard (debit cards)...and I'm positive both have funds. The "Security ID" would be the 3 digit code on the back of the card, correct? I noticed that field allowed 4 characters rather than 3...just want to make sure I'm entering the correct information.

Anyone ever have a similar issue? I really want my 510 kit!

I'm not sure what the problem is but the 3 digit security code on back CAN be 4 digits on front for AmEx. For Visa/MC it should be 3 on back to right side.

It is possible the payment server was having a glitchy moment. It is also possible that risk controls declined if your billing address didn't line up for security purposes, sometimes that will cause a decline. If you have a weird address...that could be an issue.

Have you ever used these cards for other online orders?
I know one of my cards I have a problem where, even though I changed my address with them and they send all my monthly statements to my current address, if I use it to pay something online it will error out unless I put my old zip code on it even though I'm putting the rest of it as my new address.

Ity is almost allways an address glitch...Your billing info must match the info on file with your credit card company or it will not accept the order...The security settings on my site will reject simple errors like a middle initial also...Thanks

It was indeed a billing address error. Just moved recently and I guess my file hasn't been updated yet. Just tried again with my old address, and voilà! Not sure why I didn't think of this last night...guess I was tired lol. Thanks for the help!

This will be my first time vaping. Like most, i'm trying to quit the analogs...especially after they started adding the FSC. I know cigs were never good for you, but that stuff has been making me sick!

I'm so glad I found this forum, it has been very helpful thus far. There are so many of these PV/e-cigs out there, I was truly lost. Thanks again e-cig forum, and NHaler too (Great Deal)!

BTW, I hope you remembered to change your shipping address to your new address when you had to use the old address to order...

And yes, the FSC paper tastes like crap... it has an acrid, acidic taste for me... must be why most of the menthol smokers I encountered didn't notice it because the taste was closer to menthol than regular...

Yea, I used a different billing/shipping address and it was already shipped yesterday. Really? On a Sunday? Didn't know that was possible, but I'll take it! Nice to see another Pittsburgher here. I'm from Monroeville

Haha, small world indeed! I work at the Seven Eleven in Turtle Creek a few days a week...so chances are we have actually exchanged words in person. You do look rather familiar...lol.

So if you see some guy vaping outside 7-11 (or maybe inside, i'll have to talk to oscar about that ) thats me...

I switched to menthol to avoid the nasty FSC.

But, of course, that acronym means nothing to me now. Vaper 4 Life!
