Ordering from Fasttech question

Wouldn't b too hung up on the $60. made orders from there over last 6 months and many over $100 few $200 none where ever assessed duties. As fir shipping I guess I lucked out always did Singapore post got in about 2 weeks. The one time they shipped a return they used hkpost and it never arrived after 2 months they reshipped now swisspost see how that goes.
For returns u send back to thier us sorting facility and they will refund u the shipping and send u a replacement. I've done that 2 times.
Thier wait times for replies to questions has gotten to about 5 days now and shipping issues seem to on the rise over last few months but all in all wouldn't hesitate to order if u dint need stuff right away and are looking for best prices.

I was ordering electronic components, flashlights, etc. from China sellers years before I ever heard of e-cigs or Fasttech. China to my door was usually 10 days and occasional 14 but that was unusual. I just received an EBay order yesterday (not e-cig related) that from the day of shipping to arrival at my door was exactly 6 weeks. I didn't see any evidence that US Customs had any part in the delay. Something has changed.
There's only 5 things that can hold up and delay an order and shipment
1..item is not in stock at the vendor
2...Chinese shipper delays
3..Chinese customs
4...US Customs , or your local country's customs
5...USPS slow shipping delays, or your countries main postal shippers slow delivery
All 5 could be involved in any delays, but usually the main cause is Chinese shippers and Chinese customs....that's is whats changed the most since August 2013..
