I'm not really sure what's Innokin rules are on vendors ordering off Innokin, But from what I understand and was told by some of the vendors, there was a minimum that could be ordered.
And this minimum was something around $3000.
Now if this is true, and not sure if it is
I see two majors problems with this
First, with a minimum like that, it kinda makes it hard for them vendors to pick what to stock.
For that much money, a vendor might want to stock what has been selling for them and not take a chance on something new.
2nd is that if a vendor just sent a order in.
Say a vendor just ordered, and with the speed that Innokin has been putting out all these new devices and tanks, it makes it hard for them to keep up with the latest and greatest from Innokin. So they have to wait till they sale what they already got so they can make that minimum. And in some cases, about time they unload enough stock to order again, something else new from Innokin comes out. So now they might just skip one or two of the last few things Innokin released and not stock them at all, so they can get the Newest stuff out.
Just a thought
Maybe have Innokin wave the minimum of an order on new releases.
Maybe have the Innokin sales person ask why a vendor isn't stocking certain items, maybe they can work something out with them.
It's a little harder to sale a version 1 of a device or tank when version 2 has been released. Not sure what, if anything can be done with this.
I talked to one vendor about getting the Innokin Curve 3300mAh battery, they told me that they stocked up on the 2000mAh battery, and needed to sale them first before getting any more.
Now people might not buy the 2000mAh because they know that there's a 3300mAh battery out, and they might never get the Curve in stock. Maybe Innokin could work a deal with the vendors, if they sale a Curve 3300mAh battery they can throw in a 2000mAh battery for half price.

if a person can't find a certain product, then they could order it straight from Innokin themselves.
It's just frustrating not being able to find some of Innokin products, or waiting so long for it to be stocked, that when it's finally stocked, a new better one is released.
