Don't know, but I sure wish all these atties came either with all that info or with a place readily available to order more parts like this. And yes, I do know where to order o-rings, but just saying it would be nice if we didn't have to do extra leg work to get such an important part replaced. Best to contact the mfr. Try FB.

No sooner than I made that post last night, I rebuilt my Manta v2 and noticed little black shavings of something on my wick. This was right before I vaped on it (I recheck everything after I build it and get ready to vape). I had no idea what it was until I realized i have a failing o-ring. Okay. So what is the size of that o-ring? No idea, but I *need* it and without it I am screwed.

Been there --no go.
I hear you. On the Origen V2, my vendor told me he would have to check stock. He picked up the phone and told me that he had a couple of loose o rings around 12 mm. Not near the right size.

Why do they do this to us? They always give specs to the atty, why not to the damned parts that will need to be replaced??????????

orings are flexible;
they are basically rubber bands.
you don't need to be 0.1% exact size

if one is a bit too big, it wont work.
if one seems a bit smaller, it can work.

buy a 10 or 50 pack of different sizes, and you should be able to find orings that will work on various of your devices.

21x17x2mm is what I've found doing a search for Origen o-rings (so that is just what I've read on VU). Not sure if they'll work, but it's worth a shot. I am about to put in an order at oringsandmore.com for some of the Buna70 o-rings for my Manta v2 (19x1). Mine fit on the inside of the cap, so they have to be quite particular in size. Now I just have to find someone to weld them to my atty. Oh wait, that's right, they're little rubber bands.

Mr. Mann, might want to stick with silicone. Silicone wears better and greater chemical, wear and aging properties if you can get them. Rubber works too.
FT site find awesome. Was looking there for over half an hour an could not find that group of o ring listings. I could find others though which were not a complete.

Yeah, rubber does suck and shred. I wanted to use the red ones, but I have no idea what material that is. I will likely buy a few to see since the shipping is going to make it so I need to get the biggest bang for my buck. I am going to keep searching with you so I will let you know if I find something.

Sounds like a plan. Color other than black is a good indicator. Best to find out what material your buying and then check the elastomer characteristics. Were looking for excellent wear above all. Rubbers ok if you get 20 or so for $0.85.
I'm still searching for a definitive answer to my post:
Can anyone provide me with the information on the O ring size?

.

I got messages set out to a couple helpful retailers (in the UK), so hopefully they will get back with me.

Check. You would think the retailers would have a info. packet on everything they sell. What happen to the phrase " I make it my business to know". For any of you vendors/retailers out there, could draw some business

Contact Kidneypuncher. They may know as they sell repair kits like o-rings and screws and such for specific atties

Been there --no go.

if you make it a point to provide customer information such as consumable specifications etc..I guess it is not a perfect world. Hmmmmm.

17 X 2 is what you want. Orings are measured inside diamater X thickness (also known ac CS or cross section)
Buna-N70 hold up really well and are cheep. IMO Viton 75 is the preimum for vape gear, just more $. .06 vs .86
2mm X 17mm Metric Buna-N 70 O-ring [N2.00X017] : The O-Ring Store LLC, We make getting O-Rings easy!
2mm X 17 mm V75 Viton O-ring Black [V2.00X017] : The O-Ring Store LLC, We make getting O-Rings easy!

Avoid silicone for caps, "Silicone offers poor tensile, tear and abrasion resistance, and are not recommended for use in dynamic applications."
Silicone O-Rings - We make getting o-rings easy!
