I can't for the life of me get a build on this thing that doesn't make me cough on exhale and feel congested. I mean I can throw on my plume veil with a double coil vertical @ 40 watts and not even feel it!

I only use velvet cloud liquid, 100% VG with natural flavor and US nic at 3mg.

Current set up on the kayfun is a 1.6 ohm 28 gauge, 11/12 wrap on a 2mm bit @ FREAKIN 11 WATTS and it continues to make me cough. Bout to give up on this thing.

I even took the air screw out so the air is wide open!

I think the 100% vg might be the problem. The kfl has small juice slots and probably isn't keeping up well. Try thinning your juice with distilled water or using some with pg.

Nah cause it's with every other liquid I've tried. And the liquid from. Velvet cloud is thin enough I even have put in my old Aspire Nautilus and everything is good to go! This tank though. I'm wondering if it's the chimney build and the tight draw Kayfuns have?

They do have a tight draw. I always had sucess with mine using a 2.4mm coil. Try that, and try to finesse your inhale. Don't suck hard. That sounds dirty, but...

It was my first RTA and I always compressed them back then. I've been experimenting lately with spaced coils, but more so on tanks that use tiny coils like the Eviva-t and the ones I like best on the Rose v2. I need to recoil the Phenomenon today and I'm going to try a spaced one.
