Thanks Tierra - I think that it did come with a free something or other. Never bothered to open the envelope so some 325 is probably in there. I ordered the mesh from the UK as well.
I'm not too worried about customs. Registered is kept under lock and key till it gets here - supposedly the safest way to mail. It'll just be a matter of patience till it arrives.
If anyone is up for posting a video I'd love to see one in English. I'd also like to hear what thoughts are on modifying the hole - probably won't do it here but some chatter about it over in the UK.

Just did my first genesis coil and it works!!! I oxidized the whole mesh like Zen shows on his vid. Six wraps meters 2.2 ohms. Just about perfect for me. Took pics and a short vid on my phone. Just need to figure out how to show them.

Nice Tier! Hi Eastman! Congrats on the orion on both counts. Mine's still stuck in the mail hoping for sometime next week. Can't wait to try it. Tierra would love to see your video if you can get it on here.
Huff my phone is a pita. Look up Zens' you tube video titled zenesis coil something, maybe basics or building. I got a lot out of it. Also pailpoe has an English vid on coil building. Linked through the orion blog. Not as clear cut to me but I got some good info there too.

I know that the V2 is supposed to be ready to vape but was a bit concerned that it would need the isolating of the mesh or drilling/sanding whatnot. I'm relieved to hear that you had no issues. I'm sure that I'll get it up and going - once it's here will probably make a bit more sense. I do much better with it in hand vs. seeing it on the video first.
Ahh, coil is breaking in nicely now and flavor is starting to really bloom. 3rd tank, 3/4 full.
Tip I picked in another forum...boil your mesh first. Haven't tried it but will. There is some type of oil on it evidenced in the water. One poster said 3 times before the oil slick on the water was gone.

I've read contrasting posts about boiling the mesh. Will have to look into it IF MY STUPID ORION EVER GETS HERE AHHH! Sorry, having a bit of a patience issue.

Worst part is that it's been in the US since 3/21. Happens a lot - gets to visit customs for a week. Really irritating.

I had one registered parcel come from Singapore took like 21 days total. Rediculousness. The hold up was customs.
*Edit thought that that said 11 days not 11 weeks. I would absolutely be furious if something took that long.
