1) what is the small washer for?

I'm guessing this goes on the threads on the device to help line the hole up with the wick? Otherwise mine does not line up.

Did most of you open up the air hold for more airflow?

Is it normal for the cap to get really hot?

The answers to all of those questions is yes :)

SO...... I am a little confused and NEVER thought there was so many different kinds of O-rings but does anyone know the best kind for this devise? silicone,Buna-N (Nitrile) EPDM,Silicone,Neoprene and several more just not sure what is the "best" for a tank. and does anyone know a us supplier?
thanks

I use BUNA-N 90 o-rings. They are just a touch harder than the standard o-rings so they last longer and the tanks install easier.

@rossstang, good find! Thanks. :)

@ob. Les did say he needed a vacation after the peeps kept adding to the list past what he agreed to make. Amazing it is almost to 400 now. He has been making Orion's since last fall. Besides, if the switches are like last time, it will be 4-5 weeks before he gets them. He is due a well deserved break. ;-)

Mine are only 20mm tall. I talked to Bedazzle about the quartz tanks, the ones she has are 24mm tall..

As it is, mine lines up almost perfectly with the wick, so I used the O ring and it lines up perfectly now without being visible. I have the bevel on top, not sure if that matters or not. I'm afraid with the 24mm wick, the airhole will be too high above the coil and do some funky .... with the vapor production... not entirely sure though. I asked if there was any way to sand them down or custom order a few @ 20mm tall, but she hasn't responded nor does it seem like she's going to... I just ordered 3 from terry, no big deal.

Where is everyone buying their spare tubing?
I just got mine from a UK forum from a guy named terry and they were real glass and came out really nice but i also believe healthcabin has spare tanks for dct tanks that fit and ADD a 1/2 ml to it but i think someone said you need slightly bigger Orings 6ML Colored Tube for 510 DCT (Dual Coil Tank)
and in the co-op section someone else did a run for katana tanks along with the orion and he may run it again? it's closed now but here is the link http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...a-select-genisis-replacement-tanks-co-op.html

Just opened up the air inlet to 1/16"... vapor production is vastly improved, draw is much lighter... perfection!

Is the switch hard to replace,,?

No it is easy to do. Take battery tubes off and batt out. Pull the coil, 2 screws, undo the M2 nut, washers & spring. remove bottom M2 nut. Pull shoulder spacer. push M2 rod down with button facing down and tube parallel to the table. Use same small phillips screwdriver to push M2 rod through the rest of the center pole. switch comes out, and then remove SS button.

Assembly. Is reverse, but the o-ring (I added a 2nd) is put in from the top and use a battery to hold switch in place until you have tightened (moderately) the M2 nut... Here is one of Pailpoe's videos. This was for the V1, but it still applies.
