this forum is based in the UK if I am not mistaken. I do not know how that effects what people can and cannot say here.

also, oldsoldier said the other day in a different thread, that voicing ones opinion freely is not actually allowed in all the threads. In the paid threads there is not actually freedom of speech.

I am just saying, I do not know what the rules are. I am guessing at some point a mod will tell us.

LOL....I'm not saying we should discuss it here.....was really just readin tween da lines and guessing what the deal was. I realize it's in the UK as I mention not knowing the laws in the UK. Yes this forum probably has it's own rules, if a supplier paid for their thread and doesn't want certain things to happen, then they shouldn't. If the forum itself has a policy of no negative remarks about any vendors products on any threads then I would say that I would imagine this to be a very positive place and one where customer information and experience isn't considered to be why they exist.

For instance, someone here used that same vendor and had a bad experience. They inform others not to use that vendor because of their experience and they can't recommend them. This post occurs here and doesn't refer to another forum in any way, shape, or form. Would that post be deleted by the admins......I don't know. Since I have never had a bad experience with any vape vendor (lucky I guess), then this is just a imaginary example. :D

I have a battery question. I'm using my Orion 2.1 in 18350 mode. I'm using AW IMR batteries that I bought from Super T manufacturing. When I took them out of my Orion I noticed that the bottom of the battery is now dimpled very slightly. Has anyone else seen this? It's a very small indent in the bottom of the battery. I don't feel like I'm wrenching them down when I put them in, but the last half a turn does seem to give some resistance.

Should I replace these batteries? Here is a pic of the battery in question

Sounds a little strange since i just bought some 18350s from SuperT for my Orion myself last week and haven't had any problems.

Reading tween da lines.....some vendor got peed off cause of some bad reviews? If that is the case then I don't really think there is a risk here, not sure what the laws in the UK are like but here freedom of speech protects people who voice their opinions. I don't think there is a law in this country that would side with a vendor when they said they don't want any negative opinions about their products posted or voiced and to basically keep the reviews of their product positive. Of course I have no idea what is going on with the UKV forum....jus readin tween da lines. :)

The problem in the UK is exactly the same as the problem here in the US: it doesn't matter whether the vendor could win or not, the vendor can bring suit and UKV would have to pay for legal defense until it was thrown out or decided. From what I've seen of the discussions of UK libel laws, they are at least similar enough that the vendor would have no hope of actually winning the case if it went to trial, but as the thousands of pounds required to mount a legal defense are not available a lawsuit would effectively shut down the forum...

I have the same thing happening with one of my 18650's but not the other. I just figure it's a thinner base plate and don't worry about it...

That happened to one of each of my 18350's and 18650's in my Zenesis. I guess I was squeezing really hard trying to get that damn switch to fire! :D LOL

Is it just me or do the rest of you get the best flavor from the jack frost method?

I swear this produces the best flavor.

I know others swear by burning juice on the wick, but I think the cleanest comes from that method.

Question.

Is there really any reason to even oxidize the part that is inside the tank?

Hi guys, got another question. The wires on the top post, does it need to be secured tightly? Meaning screw the nut down till it compresses the spring so when you lock it between washers it gets locked tightly?

I've been getting flavors on and off for some reason. Like cov vanilla cream taste awesome for the first hour, then it's sucky on the next hour. Running 4 coils.

Thanks guys.

It doesn't need to be but it does help quite a bit. :)
