Does your cap line up with one or the other wick hole?
Yes? You don't need the o ring.
No? Put o ring on above tank. It is supposed to help get the cap lined up.

Just did the "Jackfrost" method of oxidizing my wick. No water, no quenching, no burning juice. Just cut my mesh, heated it up a few times red-hot flipped it and did the same. Rolled it. Dropped it in, wound a coil. Dripped some 70/30 on it, test fired. Shorted wick to the washer, oops. Adjusted it a mm from the washer. Fired it... hmm ok. Filled tank with 70/30. Wicking like crazy and firing just fine. Monster plumes. Good taste also. I had been running PG free AVE, but I have a ton of 70/30 I need to vape, so giving this a go.

The wick is soft with this method, so I have to use a needle (I use a corsage pin) to steady the wick when wrapping the coil. Otherwise it seems great. I like the that the wick is cleaner, so maybe my tank full of liquid will stay cleaner longer....

Will try the "Frost" Method once I get my "DID" in. Going back to a Provari with ext cap. I missed mine before I even sent it off. Just too bad I could not have been able to afford both. I could have used the Provari while I went to school on this Orion. I have a deposit on it and should have the rest of the money by tomorrow and on to something I know will work every time I push the button. I just didn't have the time to learn this. Arguably IMS it was just not worth the trouble when your back up cost less then $30. Thats what I have been dealing with since my first Provari left. I guess its been about 3-4 weeks. Things are about to get better for me though.

DID is a geni Atty... from Greece I believe. Provari is a great PV Striker. I have managed to not trade off or sell mine because I like it so much!

Ya I felt like I lost a close family member when I sent mine away. I only had one choice though. Take the plunge. I got bit by a snake that day.


DID can also look in euro sup section here on ecf the thread was at the top of the section yesterday. Its OOS now but shipping on the 8th. Shipped its a little less then $100. Brian already said he would buy mine when I have the same issue as the Orion. No faith.... Im holding you to it Brian.
