I used 220 wet/dry. You could probably go coarser if you have a lot to remove. I didn't.
Maybe you want to think about stainless tanks for your Orion. With the build quality, they really become little tanks.

Yep. After Monday's fiasco, I tracked down someone that makes SS Orion tanks and they're on their way. Also trying to find someone that does/can do SS tanks for Std./Mini Zen. Anyone know of a source?
I bought some of the siam ones and am still trying to figure out how to cut them properly. I have been working on them for weeks.
and yes, the ss ones for the zenesis will be done soon.
i would also like some advice on cutting these, please

As a new Orion V2.1 owner, I'm curious if folks are using noalox on the threads to help with lubricating and conductivity?
No way, IMO - throw it in the trash. Use vaseline lightly. The noalox just gums things up and is very hard to get out of your threads. It gets gritty after a time and doesn't do anything for conductivity IMO - if it does at all it would be very little. Meter a gob of it and see.
Siam Mods - Tank Parts
Choose the regular size & free o ring set. You will have to cut/grind them down. They are the same ID 16mm, OD 20mm as stock tanks. No cracking or breaking. Vape any juice you like. Once you know you device well, it really isn't necessary to see the level or color IMO.
Bummer to hear about UK vapers... there was sooooo much content I was hoping to read, although I got some... Vapeit was down last I checked too, although I haven't checked much while away.
