I have an orion setup with twisted coil with 3/4 wraps that I love for my tobacco based juices.

I want to setup my other orion to run cooler for some fruit flavor juice. How many wraps would be good? Anyone have 5 or 6 wraps on their orion?

i use mostly fruit. I was running a five for the longest time, and found that the four seems to be better.

Happily vaping my 2.1 again after getting my replacement switch from Pailpoe! Built a pseudo U-shaped coil and it's pure bliss. My v1s have served as an excellent backup, but it's probably time to part with one of them since it appears I'm 1st on the list for the next batch of 2.1s.

Also, here's a side by side of the old switch and new switch for anyone interested (old one on the left):

You can see that the new one has a thicker coat of solder around the outer ring and the heatshrink wrap on the new one isn't compressed like on the old one. I suspect that one of the two has to do with the constant firing on the old one.

Just came back from our visit from Less, it was a great to meet him, hear is stories, his views on vaping and what is in store to come. Before he is going to reveal what is in store for us, it will need some more time to actually have it at hand and share with us. He showed me the new glass tanks, they look outstanding. Also the leather pouches are really well made and great to carry your Orion in. The way that they are made is to vape and keep it in there without any hassle. They are custom hand made from beautiful soft leather and becuase they will be available in different colors and models, they will suit everybody. I was lucky enought to receive one from Less as a present and will carry it proudly!.

Less and his family welcomed us and made us feel at home. Again we can learn from this man, his idea's, his products and most important because of his personality.

Do you happen to know who is providing the glass tanks to Les? I'm pretty sure it's a gentleman named Hendrik, and I was lucky enough to purchase a new Orion from him and he kindly included a couple of his glass tanks. He mentioned that he'd be provided the tanks to Les for all the future batches of Orions. If they're the same tanks, then they're fantastic!
