If you're using 18650 batteries already, you should certainly get yourself a good flashlight. If you've never had a decent LED flashlight, you'll be shocked at how much better they work than, oh, say your big 3 D-cell maglite that you think is a good flashlight.

Even the little ones that use 3 triple-A batteries will put a maglite to shame.

I have a few 18650 flashlights that put out about 500 to 900 lumens. By comparison, the 3 D-cell maglite puts out about 77 lumens. While the 18650 lights are impressive, they're not all that useful other than bragging rights (like I just did above :D). My go-to lights are single CR123A lights. I use LiFePo4 rechargeables because they can be recharged 4x more than LiIon batteries and they're compact. In fact, I have 4 of them, EagleTac D25C Clicky, Sunwayman V10R, Olight S10 and T10. They all put out about 230 lumens and step down to lesser lumens but longer runtime. I find that medium on all of them (about 100 lumens) is more than enough for 98% of my needs.

Lately, the Olight S10 has been the one I grab most often. (stock photo I found online, not mine)

The S10 (and a few others) use the XML led which puts out a wider beam and more spillover than the older XPE/XPG leds.

    I went thru a Phase where I bought No-Name Flashlights on e-Bay.

You can pickup a XML T6 or U2 Zoomable Flashlight for Next to Nothing. But these El-Cheap-O Flashlights come with a Crummy Driver. No Memory, Flicker, Hum. So I would Buy 2A 5-Mode Memory Drivers and then do Flashlight Surgery to Upgrade them fo 6 Bucks or so.

Kinda had an Assembly Line going.

Then One Day, as I was about to Out Bid some Rookie on another Flashlight for $4.99, I looked across the room and asked... "Does a Person Really Need 11 Flashlights?"

    LOL

My eFest X-Smart charger doubles as a USB charger. I think certain cameras use 18xxx batts.

Just picked one up the other day as a backup for my Nitecore I4. Once I got it home and read the instruction booklet I was surprised to learn that it can double as a USB power supply as you said. With 4 2500mah Efest Purple batts, it becomes a 10A USB power source (4 x 2500mah). That's a nice feature on a trip.

    Oh-oh. Now I really want an e-bike!

    They are Nice.

You can get the Same Workout that can get from a Regular Bike, only Averaging 20.5 mph or so while Doing It.

Or of course, you can just Cruz without peddling.

Just Don't Run Out of mAh if you are far from Home. Because e-Bikes are HEAVY. So it you Run Out of Amps, you will find yourself Huffing a 50lbs Bike back to a Wall Outlet.
