I've been contemplating a Reo for a while, are they really that good? Really curious I just don't know which to get there are grande,vv,vw, kinda lost with the Reo

Grand + 2 IMR 18650 batteries + a yard of 30g kanthal + a roll of peaches n cream organic cotton = vapelife.
My yarn doesn't wick as fast as my cotton ball fibers. How do you run your yarn?
IMO.. yes, they are. I have a grand and run a rm2 on it. I've had the same coil in the rm2 for a couple months.. I just change the cotton when I feel the need. (which is every day since I like a clean coil and fresh cotton) There's no guess work for me. If I sense something isn't right, I just take the top cap off and adjust the coil. My coil is .9Ω and an 18650 batt will give me the vape I want for almost all day. Best flavor there is for me. My favorite juice tastes purer squonked in the rm2 than it does in a kayfun. It's just all around easier, quicker and simpler. I can take out the old wick, dry burn the coil, install a new wick, fill the juice bottle and change to a fresh batt in around 5 minutes. No worries if it's going to wick right.
I too thought about the vv grand vs the mech grand. I went with the mech version because I'm not a fan of the wheel for setting voltage. Plus I know I can build my coil to match the voltage and get the wattage/vape that I want. I also thought about a mini but since I'm running a subohm coil.. I need the extra amps and wanted the extra batt life that the 18650 will give me.
I'm still a provari/kfl fan, I've got 4 of them... but one will be going soon to fund another grand/rm2

Nemesis with a Trident RDA. Set up with dual coils and cotton, around 0.5 ohms combined.
Right now an mvp2 with a t3s, built my own coil with cotton. I do have a provari in vape mail purgatory with plans to order an EBaron later this week... Im anticipating changing my fav setup and for the $ I'm coughing up it'd better be my fav! Also I think a reo of some sorts is getting ordered in late May once I've recouped my vape budget.
For me the Kayfun 3.1 for its ease of use and awesome taste it puts out just maximizes the flavor ten fold coming off pro tank setup .
I'm running dual 5/64" holes on my dual coil 0.5 ohm built IGO-W; makes some warm dense powerful flavor and clouds aren't to shabby either.
I have a few IGO-W tops and will drill various sizes later for tuning.
I'm running dual 1/8" air on Trident and use it for clouds with 0.6 ohm quad.
I've got a couple more AGT tops on the way and am doing some coil vapor quality testing now to decide what to build.
Then I'll pay some attention to my dual coil tops.
What size air holes are you running? Do you set up duals more for flavor or clouds?
I set up more for flavor. I drilled the dual holes slightly bigger from stock to 0.088" (2.25mm). I have not really played around much with coil design. I am wrapping a bit bigger than micro at 2mm and like that. I'm still on the first set of those coils. I'll probably go a bit bigger next time and let the resistance go up a bit also and see how that vapes. My problem is I like the present setup so much I have very little incentive to mess with it.
I still have first 0.6 ohm build in my trident including the wick. Wick survived one nasty dry hit that I'll try not to repeat. I have 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 and 0.8 ohm IGO-W builds.The 0.5 is intense so I don't plan to go lower unless I have some healthy air holes. I have 2 empty IGO-W4 but haven't decided coil what to build.
69 and KFL+ running @ 1.3ohm micro/cotton
