Yes, and we shouldn't hesitate to call them murderers, because that's exactly what they are. It is a moral abomination, under any circumstances, to disseminate false information that results in people dying needless deaths. But, when those falsehoods are disseminated under the banner of "public health," by agencies on which the citizenry is supposed to be able to rely for a true and accurate accounting of such matters, that is an altogether different and more insipid form of pure evil.
One of the reasons I rarely post my comments on this forum is because I take a different approach...

When I see the vast majority of the vaping community trying to be nice, I feel it is my obligation to go for the throat.
I am a big believer in attacking from all angles, and I will attack from whatever angle I find lacking.

A good majority of my comments to legislators, the FDA, and on comment sections of articles includes the word "murderers" because that is what they are.
And I want them to know that some of us have an angle of attack that could put them behind the eight ball someday.
