Ovale Gripper or SLB-ego-V

Ok I need to replace my Gripper, do I want the Ovale Gripper (my main concern with these is not being able to adjust with.1 increments) or the SLB-ego-V? Does anyone own both? Which one is better?I like the idea of the passthrough on the ego, but haven't owned an ego since I started vaping...help guys I'm having a hard time deciding...

if your talking about the ovale that came out like june july I would pass on it, from what I heard they have an issue with the batteries fitting and opening the battery latch. I tried a vmax and I really really liked it a little high on the price range for most people but they are awesome.. I think most people agree pass on the zmax

Thanks mogium, I was kinda leaning away from the ovale gripper, as I don't like not being able to adjust voltage more than that. This gives me another reason to go for the ego...

i will chime in, the gripper from smoktech is a real winner, there hasnt been any bad news on that and it does work very well. the gripper in alpha now is a cheap alternative to play with but the smoktech gripper is the real deal

Thanks Bad, I was looking for something to replace my Smoktech Gripper (it went to PV heaven today) and can't afford a whole lot right now, so I though this ego might work ok, until I can afford a nicer VV mod...So in your opionon I should go for the ego ?

the ego slb vv is amazing and i use it all the time, i really really like it and i give it my stamp of aproval, even phil thinks its a great unit and the voltages are pretty spot on under load, it lasts a long time and is sleek , easy to use and works very well
