But there are other, much better (sure, only for me) ways to spend these $600.
10 bottles of good bourbon.
2 trips to a nice restaurant.
New ring for my wife.
2400 packs or ramen noodles.
Why should I compare price of mod to cost of smoking? Smoking is in past, forgotten.
Let's live today.
I'm not recommending one for you. ;)

You're a cheap date.

I respect that.

I had massive problems posting on here yesterday. Five hours to be able to log on, tried for an hour to make one post, wouldn't go through, logged out and the post came up 45 minutes later.

I'm not up on this thread so feel bad about hijacking it. I've used Davides for the past several years, like 'em, worth it. Not for everyone I know. Davides are essentially a ProTank but work more reliably. Since I haven't read the thread, I should get off. Just wanted to say hello, wondered how you were doing. Give an update in your thread even if no pictures? Been wondering how you're doing. Take care. :)

Ur doing fine.

Most on topic this thread has been.

Never tried Davides. Eyed up them and Tatroe tanks but was fed up with the format before I pulled the trigger.

I tell ya, economy vapers have it good these days.

Lots of cheap gear that just works.

Don't have to pay a premium for aftermarket tanks to address flaws in OEM clearos.

Even some nice, cheap regulated mods with bells and whistles.

So what if the W you set it at isn't EXACTLY what it outputs! Adjust to taste as always.

Picked up the wife 2 subox mini kits a bit back. She loves them. $50.00 for mod, tank, drip tip, 2 heads and rebuild deck. What's not to like?

Won the Cloupor mini. She's been enjoying that.

Won the Tfv4 mini. She's stoked!

Black Friday picked up 2 @ mvp 20 watts under $20.00 ea. for mom.

She was excited to get that and a half dozen IBtanks we no longer use as early Christmas presents.

She already was using a couple ibtanks and mvp 2.0 so, no transition, phone support, frustration, etc..

Worked out perfectly!

What I do not like in this thread - it is attempts to make people believe that the best vaping experience is available only with expensive devices. Pure bullmanure. We are talking about power sources. That's it.
Too many lurkers are reading forum. Too bad if they decide vaping is out of their financial limits.

Agreed....except for the lurkers part. I mean...we all made it this far. If the lurkers want to quit smoking, they will make it this far too.

Personally, I like high end mods and high end, authentic attys. I don't starve my family or put off any bills to get them. I live completely within my means. Thats not to say the budget stuff didn't work perfectly. I started out kind of a hoarder. I bought tons of clones of everything that came out. They've all been piffed...in good working order, I might add. Point is, I've found what works for me. I don't buy into the theory that you NEED to spend big bucks to get a good vape. That's malarky. (heehee) The nice thing about the vape community at this time, is all bases are covered. With enough research, people can purchase exactly what they want...whether it be $600 or $6. Looking down one's nose at anothers choice of vape gear is hysterical to me. Makes me wonder how much fun certain people are at parties.

    @tj99959

    I like your sig !

The biggest and most common mistake is buying product after product searching for that perfect vape
instead of learning how to get that perfect vape from the products you already have.

    False.

That is what you read into it.

I support (ed) 6 vapers solely on my cig money. Mostly with GREAT inexpensive gear.

Because I chose to treat 1 or 3 of us with a nice piece here and there means simply that... I CHOSE to purchase a TREAT.

And because I'm well within my budget... and still saving the wifes $4,368 she would be smoking up each year... and the other 4 have less than $30 combined investment...

Or just because it's my money and I can do what the eff I want with it...

    I don't see a problem with it.

Matter of fact, I just bought the wife a $200.00 and a $70.00 atomizer for a device that uses $1 - $2 cartos.

Because I can and I like to see her happy.

Are you going to criticize our choice of blenders too? It's more expensive than anything posted here so far...

Look at the savings in my signature. Even if I spent 3000 dollars in the past three years for mods and juice, thats a hell of a lot of money saved versus smoking.

NOTHING is overpriced if it keeps you off cigarettes and a slow painful death from lung cancer and/or COPD.

Thanks for sharing. I hope we find out what went wrong. 3 batteries in series going south is pretty dangerous. I was thinking of getting this mod. Might be the owner's fault or might not be.
I just hope it doesn't become another media story. And i hope the guy is okay.
