Overdue Kudos to Robert/V4L CS

Late last week, I received 2 Tomato Red manual XL Vapor King batts, when what I had ordered per the drop-down box on the website was 2 Metallic Red batts. To further complicate things, my box of Waffle cartos only contained 4 rather than 5 cartos.

(And did I mention that I HATE TOMATO RED?)

Anyhoo, Robert immediately responded to my support ticket, promising that two Metallic Red manual XLs and a waffle carto would be sent to me ASAP.

Needless to say, within 3 days I received my 2 bee-yuoo-ti-ful metallic reds, and not 1 waffle carto, but a whole box of 5 waffle cartos!

And nary a word from V4L about returning the 2 unloved (and unused) tomatoes. (I will use them as part of 2 "Gift packages" for friends interested in trying out vaping.)

V4L is awesome!!

Robert told me about that little problem.

Turns out the the site didn't properly differentiate between the two reds. I went in and fixed it so we shouldn't have that problem in the future.

Aren't the metallic reds just stunning??? I have one with a green led and one with a blue light....lol....they were part of the starter kit that I ordered....it was shocking to see the red and green, but it will be PURRRRRRR-FECT for Christmas...now I guess I should try and get a green one with a red led

Don't have one....yet......gonna try and get one with a red led to go with my metallic red with green led.....Actually I surprised myself by not having ordered the metallic green yet....It is one of my fav colors!....

Lol Ms. Keelalagirl I have two green batts so far (both metallic), only they both have a green led.... Red seems to be the hardest to get, especially on the metal colored batts.... Still looking for Vader or Emperor...

Come to think of it, all of my batteries are either metallic or black!

The green is a metallic emeral green, but they also have a camo green (non metalilc) and I think a light green power coat. (non metalilc) I use my greens with the light green smilin cartos.

LOL I had the same thing happen to me. I maybe should open a ticket, I though I ordered wrong. Same color metallic red and got the tomato. I've been using it to start off my fresh filled cartos incase there is any dripping heh. Thanks Ms. Eleanor, you made me realize that I CAN read a drop down window
