I'm using a twist and a kanger T3 at the moment and it's working super well.
I've found that I've moved away from the cartos I started with, to using clearomizers exclusively. Just a heads-up that it might take a little while to find your sweet spot. I'd suggest buying a pack of cartos, a clearomizer and an atomizer and trying out all three.
