I'm one of the unlucky people who have a terrible problem with PG or alcohol.
lorann especially, seems to have more PG in there flavors than the others.
I purchased all of the PA line of non-pg flavors(triacetin is used),
I have mixed up 6 of the 12 so far at 16mg, I did use 100mg unflavored nic juice that was 75/25 pg/vg,then I bring in down with VG to the 16mg nic. So I really don't use a lot of PG. 16 drops of the 100mg in a 5ml bottle. I'm not sure what the % would be.
All I know its great now, no more of the PG affects. I did mix 20% flavor, I could have reduced to 15%, flavor was there and a very nice relaxing TH, not harsh at all. I use a REO mini.

Mike: Nice post! Happy to hear that DIY is working out for you. The only problem you will run into is running out of non-PG based flavors to use.

That's true. My hope is they will start adding flavors, of course it will depend on their sales.
I also just ordered a large bottle of triacetin so I will experiment some using it as a thinner for the vg.
I'm hoping I may be able to use some of the pg flavoring with this triacetin.

So far I can tolerate the pg in the flavors but no more than 10-20 % overall without major itching. Now some flavorings in themselves can cause me the same problems so be on the lookout for certain flavors that give you trouble as well. Good luck it is a PITA isn't it.

Yes it is a PITA. But I'm glad I found the non pg flavors, makes a difference for sure.
I vape sometimes 18ml a day. So I dont need the itch and I was also getting a nasty chemical taste.
