So Cal
I feel your pain, I can't get mail delivered to the house, (dog, long story) usually deliveries like these are not big enough to alert the postal workers, and not small enough to fit the po box. I was watching like a hawk for my order, but I lack some basic patience functions. Hang in there, it was likely in the bottom of the carriers bag, maybe they will drive by after the route.

I checked and it was there! Not sure if a neighbor dropped it off or if the mail person came back. They are soooo lucky I got it! lol

I've had that happen too. Got my mail, wasnt there and then later it showed up. I think it gets misplaced in their truck or they forget

I think they leave parcels in the truck, deliver non-parcel letters on foot, then swing by later with the truck on their way back to the station...that's how my packages come...

Sitting down, facing forward.
Well, it used to mean on horseback, but nowadays it means in a little van that USPS uses, but I think horseback would be better. Then they could add staff to clean up after the horses, job creation to boost the economy! I think I've done and still do that, shoveling manure

:) :)
