I've got a great doctor, one of the best GP's in Texas and a nice guy. Everything improved on my numbers and that was probably due to taking lots of fish oil that he suggested. BP was OK and I've been chain vaping so I thought the numbers might not be too good.
So I said seen one of these? No. It's an ecig and I gave him a very brief lesson on how it worked. He was impressed. He said, so you just dropped the cigs? Yep, and I'm not unique. I told him about All About Vapor in Round Rock so if a patient was interested they could go see how things work and change their life in the process.
I'm just spreading the word and I do that every chance I get.

I will, thanks! I had really high triglycerides and he said to take about 5000 mg a day. It ended up improving some other numbers too.

Great - I have high TG too - can you tell me exactly what you taking? I have a physical coming up in a month and if I can reduce em to stay off em meds...........thanks

I've been reading up quite a bit about nutritional supplements and what I've found is that Omega 3's (Fish oils), Astaxanthin, and Vitamin D3 should be staples. Solgar makes a great Omega 3 supplement, as well as the Vitamin D3, the best Astaxanthin I've found is Bioastin 12mcg
