I just found an inverter from Radio Shack tgat plugs into the car outlet and will hook up to USB and standard plugs. Now I can drive and vape without battery changes! Just thought I would pass the info along.

Saw these in white & black in Kmart a few weeks ago while looking for something to defrost my windshield until my blower motor came in.

Fry's Electronics has a car adapter for the cig lighter that has two USB outputs on it. Rated at 5v and 2000mA. It was less than ten bucks. They also have a unit that plugs into a wall outlet with the same config. Comes in real handy for powering the pass through or charging.
hey i have one of those too! haven't got a passthrough yet but yea i think that would definitely be the way to go especially on long trips

Before you take a drag, floor it! the increase in RPM's should offset the the voltage drop caused by the e-cig. If you have a Toyota you can blame the sudden speed increase on it also.
I'd be careful; much better to spend <$10 on a USB Auto adapter with sufficient ma rating than to possibly fry out a decent car stereo while chain vaping 
I bought the lighter/USB adapter at Harbor Freight specifically for vaping. It was about 3.99 US and works great in my Toyota Tacoma.
I have both the car & AC adapter's, not to mention being able to plug into my computer. Hubby likes when I sit in the livingroom to watch TV with him. Passthru's are great! When he retires for the night, I take the passthru into the office and vap via the computer.

I have one of those car jump boxes and keep it right next to my favorite chair in the house in fromt of the big screen so when watching a movie I can sit with the PT, if I move I can carry the whole unit wherever I move to, its awesome, along with the car adapter and an ac to usb its all good ya know
I think I am going to go look for one of them touch usb adapters today. I need something to power this straight passthru for my 510. Tried other usb adapters, but they are not strong enough On my way sir...
