you must be lucky or something cause I have heard of several people. I even have a Premier Paypal Business account and neither one will let me purchase from several vendors online or B&M in store sales. oh well there loss I'll just transfer my funds to my personal account when I need to purcahse something!
I've used my PayPal MasterCard with four different vaping vendors in the last month. The PayPal MC transaction is handled by a third-party company, so I'm not sure why your transactions didn't go through.

That's correct. They are also anti gun.

I also heard you can't use paypal for guns or ammo.

Not sure on that one....

I deal with paypal daily (FLEXXX STROPS) so its the only way I get money.
If I want to buy vaping supplies I have to transfer it to my bank then use my debit card, not to bad but it sucks because it takes
a few day for the transfer.

Flexxx, it's in their fine print. Yes, it is inconvenient. If you (Paypal) had to deal with the health, legal and money-laundering problems/laws worldwide that they do, you/me would probably just dismiss the small percentage of vapers as "insignificant".

It's their ballgame, they are allowed to make the rules. I don't like it, either.

I don't see why it's such a big deal. Just use a credit card to buy vaping supplies.

I only use my Paypal account to pay for stuff on Ebay or message boards. I had one credit card linked to the account (number was stolen a few weeks ago and I'm not updating Paypal) and that's it. There's not a chance in hell that I'd give them any of my bank account info.

Good point, they probably just see us a dam mosquito they need to swat or fly in the juice.

Because they have become so pervasive, think of all the local laws Paypal has to deal with. What's legal or socially proper in (fill in the blank) may not be in (fill in another blank). Or, it may be legal, but highly frowned upon. Multiply that times every country, state, province, county, commonwealth and district that Paypal could be used in, and it would be very hard to fit in everywhere. I'm sure their legal team keeps them advised of this.

I love vaping, and find it very inconvenient, since I use Paypal some for other things.

I saw a gent use a Paypal debit/credit card today at the local vape shop. I've used paypal at several sites and haven't thought twice about it. Health Cabin in particular. Also vaping supplies come from several general Chinese retailers that exclusively use Paypal as well.

Usually that means the company gets "creative" with what information they give Paypal. In the case of Health Cabin, I almost suspect that's the reason they chose their name, maybe not for Paypal specifically but any business that typically doesn't want to deal with vaping suppliers

Health Cabin is in China, and Paypal has no issue with any vendors outside the United States.

Totally Wicked and Liberty Flights accept Paypal and can ship from the United States.
That's because they are both based in the UK and have offices here in the states, but process payments out of their UK home office.

Any vendor based in the United States can not take Paypal without risking their account being frozen.

Probably because US laws are not valid outside the US thank goodness!

I don't think there are any laws involved, it's just that PP must think there's a chance of getting sued in the US, either that or they were discreetly threatened by the government in some form or fashion.

I would assume it is because Paypal is in some way, shape or form supported (via donations) by a, or many, big tobacco companies that are based in the US and don't want people switching to vapor. aking it so you can't use paypal will probably turn some people away from ordering online and if they don't have a brick and mortar near by they won't try vaping.

That's just a theory but it seems possible to me.
