Not sure what your question is directed towards, but I will answer both as best as I can.

Why if meaning why do we need this info: Not sure why he wants it. I'm guessing so he can send them info in regards to what the FDA is trying to do.

Yes, I had the same question when I posted the post that I later retracted.

But this seems to be about getting real and direct email addresses.
Your post and my post do not accomplish that.

In fact, getting real and direct email addresses for those that represent our interests seems often to be impossible.
These stupid Contact Us forms on their websites are like grass for cows.

These people don't really want to be contacted directly by their constituents.
They want everything funneled through the funneler.

I am sorry. I am a math guy and not a writer.

I am curious as to why he wants it as it is all public knowledge. I can understand he doesn't want to type in every email so he hooks us to do it. Still curious as to why he wants the info.

True. Yet if they are trying to get beyond those resources set up so our reps and senators do not get email bombed by people outside of their constituency then they are really not accomplishing anything.

I emailed Conditt , my state house rep, on an issue earlier this year in relation to vaping. I regularly email my house rep. My Senators aren't worth the paper they sign. Hopefully Brown gets voted out this year. She never responded to me, not even a canned mail response. So when I went with my lovely wife to the primaries at The Ronald Reagan Lodge at Voice of America... how's that for a place to vote. Anyway guess who was outside the polling location. Ms Conditt. She was chatting with another politician who had happened to stop at my house a couple days prior. The two of us had a nice 15 minute chat in my front yard. As I said my pleasantries to her, Ms Conditt held her had out and smile. I didn't not shake her hand, but told her that I could not believe she would not email one of her constituents back. For that, my respect and vote are gone. Needless to say the 15 other people standing around (all politicians and a few I had chatted with in the weeks up to the primary) were perplexed.

I do feel that it only matters if the constituents actually speak to their reps. I'll be stingy with mine. I do not care what some person on the other side of the country wants to say to my rep. My rep is my rep not yours. Vice versa as well. Considering the way our government is set up.. not every Tom .... and Harry should email the reps.

But you are correct. It is a form type email and not the direct email. There is a reason for it. I would rather they do their job (what little they do now-a-days) rather than reading a bunch of email dreamed up by the extreme wings of the parties.

Well when I saw the video from Busardo he would not state the reason as he was asked by Rip Tripper not to devulge that just yet, but only asked to pass on the word to try to gather the info. I would assume that if you follow both Busardo and mainly Rip Trippers channel it will be brought up as to the specifics. I have no doubt it is for a good reason having to do with the FDA thing so that was enough for me to make this thread to try to help in anyway I can.
