Hi!

I ordered a joye pcc recently, and received it little over a week ago.

When I originally got it, i first hooked it up to the USB cable for charging and the light went green after only like 15 mins. It held it charge for about two days of use, and then when I charged it again it would take about an hour, which is still fine.

For the last three days though, it has been loosing its charge in less then a day with the same amount of use and when I put it on the charger it takes hours and hours. Like its on there now and has been for little over three hours and the light still has not turned green yet.

Is there anything I can do about this, are these things just crap, or should I contact the reseller for some warranty?

A joye PCC when fully discharged takes about 4 hours to fully charge. It holds enough charge to charge 5 batteries. While for the first 4 charges you can keep the battery in the slot until you need it but when the PCC is beginning to run low on charge itself (the middle light will come on) - usually on or after the 5th charge, it will start to use the charge in the 5th battery, so it's best to remove the last charged battery once it is charged.
