Ok, Im so lost on this stuff and I try to read but I dont understand what is going on. Could an extremely patient person explain to me what the deal is? I know the vets get tired of the same dumb questions over and over.

I just saw the Penelope is still on sale at COV. So I figured what the heck and bought one (today). Then I try reading the threads and Im reading about this Proteus.

Are these two devices meant to go together?

Did I miss out on the Proteus already? If I did will they be available again to the best of yall's knowledge?

What is the Penelope I just ordered exactly? Is it a tank in the sense that it holds liquid or is it a dripping device?

Ug. Im lame I know. I cant wait to get it anyhow, even without knowing what I bought, thats how hard it is to get this type of stuff lol.

Penelope is a Rebuildable atomizer / tank. Proteus is a pv that Penelope is especially made for. Proteus won't be out till later this summer.

Ok, Proteus will not be out until summer but is it too late to buy one or is that still coming?

Also, since I just ordered Penelope today, am I part of this shipment I think I see people expecting in the next couple weeks or am I going to have to wait even longer?

Imeo made a lot of Proteus so you should be able to get one. Just keep an eye out here and in the GG Talk thread.

I think the wait on the Penelope was mainly Bruce waiting for the shipment to arrive. You may not be waiting too long. Either way, you'll be glad you got it--is going to be well worth the wait.

So when u say look out for the Proteus what am I looking for. Is it not a pre order thing on the COV site like the Penelope was when I just bought it?

Bruce over at the Clouds of Vapor thread and Imeo here in GG will keep everyone posted. Usually Bruce will have a presale so that you can be sure to get one. They may get popular (like all GGs) so would snatch one up when you get the opportunity.

dir, no reason to worry about anything because you got your Penelope and when Proteus will be ready you will get it too. But pleased keep an eye on GG forum because when Proteus will be ready I will make a new thread for it with videos etc. Its impossible to miss this thread for sure

Nothing better than an answer from the man himself.

I'm not sure how COV will work it but with ECigz UK, when you order a Penelope a Proteus is automatically reserved for you. Obviously you need to pay for it and within a certain amount of time but you don't need to make a mad dash over to the website to grab one.

@pimpe - You might want to contact Vassilis if you have not received a shipping note yet (check spam folder). Also, check the order status on the site. I received my Penelopes from him last week.

I haven't gotten any emails from COV, I even wrote to 'em a few weeks ago about the Penelope! Not to sure whats going on with the shipping of Penelopes or if they have even gotten them.

Viper, this was the very first I've heard from COV at all. I was quite surprised. Happy, but surprised. I had e-mailed a couple of times as well, but I just assumed that since I had a confirmation number in the site, that it was OK.

Penelope is here. Shipping Sunday, Monday, Tuesday until they are all on the way!
