Perfumers Apprentice - Sweet Cream Flavor

That is under sweet cream flavor. I'm going to guess it applies to all flavors. If it still smells and tastes good it is okay to use. On the other hand, I bought a bunch of TPA through a different vendor, they were in plastic juice bottles, they did start to stink, and stink up everything at that. IDK for sure if they were really TPA or not that is what they were advertised and labeled, but I had them for a year and half to two years, well beyond 6 months. Keep them in the glass bottles, cool dry area, should be okay.

The sweet cream is a natural derived flavor and has a short shelf life of six months. Most should last much longer.

OK, I ran out of Cola this afternoon, so I am planning my next order (can't do without my Cola). My list so far is: Champagne, Cola, Koolada, Lemon Lime, Pear, & Raspberry. Is there any MUST HAVES that anyone can think of from TFA that I should order? I love fizzy, bright, sparkly, fruity. (Although I still haven't figured out my peach flavoring yet.)

Yea, I blew it when I made a killer Peach Cola on accident & hadn't written it down, just mixed some stuff together. Of course @%##^$. I shall persevere until I reach the ultimate peach juice. Maybe peach/champagne????

This might not be for everybody but a couple weeks ago I mixed TPA's Juicy Peach & Brandy, did a "flash steep" trick and have been vaping it (mostly) ever since. Tried a tiny batch with a couple drops of Granny Smith Apple but didn't care for that, just needed a suitable balance of peach & brandy. One of my best efforts to date. :)

Ok, I missed up a batch of TPA Double Chocolate @ 15% a couple days ago. This is my first test for Double Chocolate. Please tell me that it tastes as good as it smells! The smell reminds me of chocolate cake icing. It's very hard to wait on steeping with this one!

How did it taste at 15%? Thanks.

Peach brandy sounds great! What % did you use?

some of mine are over 6 mos old and no flavor loss....the van bourbon an bb xtra are a must have for me...among others...lol

one thing I can't get a handle on is the cola... have the syrup...and I'm not real thrilled with it yet...
I have a large cigar box packed with LorAnn and TPA flavors. Some of my TPA flavors are over a year old and I never really noticed any difference in flavor either.

I wasn't a big fan. It wasn't bad, just not great. 15% may be a little too much flavoring for the double chocolate.
I use the clear double chocolate in a Butter Finger recipe I've been working on. It's only 30% of a 15% flavor recipe. I like it, but didn't think it was noticeably better than their other chocolate I tried.

I bought Cappuccino, Apple, and Tiramisu a few weeks ago. I mixed the apple with some capella caramel at 5% apple and 1% caramel with a 50/50 blend and it turned out wonderful, but my mix of the cappuccino is giving me a few problems and I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I mixed the Cappuccino at 5% with 1% of capella caramel at a 50/50 mix 12mg and steeped for 3 days. I vape with my provari at 3.7 using ressurectors in a 6ml tank and by the time I get 1/2 way through the tank the juice takes on a really bad burnt taste. Does anyone have an idea what I’m doing wrong?

I also was wondering what steeping with the lid off accomplishes. I always warm mine up with hot water in a coffee cup and then shake well and let them sit for a few days.

Last but not least the Tiramisu... This is a very strong flavor I ended up putting this in one of the rooms in our house we don't go into. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to mix this stuff? I’ve been craving Tiramisu for about a month now I think that’s one of the reasons why I picked it up.

Steeping is letting a juice sit capped for as long as you feel is needed for the flavors to meld, grow, or enhance.

Airing is allowing the juice to sit uncapped, so that it can off gas. This helps to allow alcohol flavor concentrates (note: jamacian rum, brandy, etc) to have less "alcohol taste", reduces any chemical tasting notes (esp helpful with tobaccos), and also can help the steeping process some if done for the first 24 hours, after a hot water bath (or two). However airing will oxidize your juice and it will change color faster. Oxidation itself does not effect flavor, just color.
