Any Mountain Dew fans out there? Made my first batch at 20% flavor. While I do like the taste I think I can use a little more flavor. A little leery about going over 20% with TPA because I dont want to ruin my batch. What flavor% do you M.DEW fans usually use? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

One of my favorites @ 20%.

What is the best way to age my bottle of Gingerbread?

I had some older gingerbread that really tasted great (bought from a company that had a great price on it for a 30ml), then I bought a 4oz new bottle a little while back and it just doesn't taste as great...I have tried mixing a 10ml bottle, letting it sit overnight with the dropper off, also: waiting a few days, even sitting atop a hard-drive that is hooked up to a usb cable outside of my computer but all to no avail... I mixed in a 30ml and have waited even longer before first use, I even left the lid off of the bottle of flavoring for a couple of hours to hopefully add fresh air to aid in aging. I seriously doubt that the flavor was modified after seeing how many love this flavor!

Next I am thinking that if I leave my 30ml bottle I transfer the flavor from the 4oz into in my car for a couple of days the heat will age it just like it ages the finished mix much quicker,,,other than that I am running out of ideas.... I've added more drops initially and also after it has aged a bit and nothing works!

I've had some TPA flavors sitting here for about 2-3 weeks (ordered some from RTS vapes when I ordered nic liquids and some from myfreedomsmokes)
Why do they have a chemical/perfumey smell and taste to them? I ordered all these because of seeing good reviews for DIY juices using this company's concentrates, but so far nothing is working out for me. Do I wait another month or two? I tried leaving the caps off for a few hours one night but the smell in the room was overpowering and put the caps back on LOL.
Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

RTS has a 25% off sale going on for the TPA flavors. The TPA flavors are good but I'm not getting any luck blending them as the percentages are so different and if I go over 25% total flavor (e.g. 8% flavor A, 8% Flavor B, 8% Flavor C) I get a perfumy taste. It's going to take a lot of practice.

I've tried everywhere from 1% to 10% and all are awful! The overwhelming perfume/chemical smell and taste are present even at the lowest dilutions! I've tried adding sweetners to try to disguise, but nothing helping so far

Maybe you should Try another Manufacture.

I started with Lorann's Flavorings and I didn't like them. Just about gave up on DIY.

Then I tried TPA and Liked the "Brown" Flavors. The Fruit Flavors were Good.

Then I tried FlavorArt and I Love there Fruit Flavors. The rest were OK.

I've found that each flavoring manufacture has its best of the best, as well a there Blaaaaaaa flavors, after you've been at DIY for some time you end up getting to know what flavors you like from each vendor and having a collection of a little bit from all of them, and that works best for me.:)

I find the same to be True for Many e-Liquid Retailers.

Some have Great Fruit e-Liquids and some have Better "Brown" e-Liquids for my taste.

Maybe this is Largely due to the Fact that they use One Manufactures Flavorings.

Any experience with tpa Irish Cream? Need help, Thanks

@hubseven,
I've mixed up TPA Irish Cream and Capella's Irish Cream flavors. To me, TFA/TPA is the hands down winner. The TFA/TPA a very smooth, silky, creamy vape whereas the Capella's is much more liquory (not a word but I think you'll understand). It seems to have a more liquor base like rum or something. Capella's does give a better TH though. So, if you're looking for something that is more like a milkshake then TFA is the way to go. If you want something more like the liquor then Capella's might be what you're looking for.
I mix the TFA Irish Cream at about 10-12% but I sometimes feel the urge to go a bit stronger. My only complaint about the TFA Irish Cream is that sometimes when I vape it for a long time or while drinking something (alcohol or non) it seems to lose its flavor. Kind of like eating ice cream quickly, if that makes any sense.
I hope that helps.

I have found by cutting back on the amount of flavoring. They taste much better. I usually mix tpa flavors. 5-8%
