Well my original thread was also closed, I think prematurely.

The tone of posts after I outed the vendor were drastically different and were mostly targeted at me. I can appreciate that, everyone has the right to speak their mind.

I did want to make a final post, I will do it here because my point is concerning all three incidents and not just my case.

If it had been just my case, I would not have outed the vendor. Period. I opened the original thread to garner feedback from other users and a lot of posters said to let it go, it's just a one off and just a hair.

However, once there were 3 confirmed cases (1 inside, 2 on the label), to me that leaves no doubt in my mind that the vendor is preparing juices in an environment where there are hair present (human or animal), absolutely no doubt. This opens a whole new issue of care that must be taken when handling and preparing juices. The fact that there are hair shows that proper care is not being given. What if the carelessness lead to incorrect ratios of nicotine level or other contaminants? This is the real issue. I hope everyone can see that. My individual experience is secondary, event though it did upset me.

At this point, many of the users PMed or asked me on the thread to name the vendor. I conferred with the other 2 customers that had this experience and felt obligated to let everyone know of our experience, so everyone can judge for themselves.

A lot of the posts accused me of blowing the issue out of proportion. I would argue that that's absurd. Exactly what did I do? I reported that a vendor sold me a bottle of juice with a hair in it. Do I not have the right do so? Even if I hadn't found the other 2 customers, I feel I would be fully within my right to out the vendor. What else did I do besides that?

I don't intend on writing anymore on this topic.

Thank you everyone for your support.

Why didn't u just say it was Backwoods brew lol maybe that's how the ry4 gets that ashy taste-once the hair hits the atty.....turns out there are only so many hairs that come off a dog per brushing per day. So THATSSSS WHY the supply is always running out! its back up again so maybe he got another dog?

This is almost as gross as finding a single long hair in a box of buttered popcorn at the movies. You have to wonder if it floated across the theater or did it originate at the point of fill in the concession stand? Or, was it in the butter they poured on the popcorn?

Worrying about stuff like that could drive you nuts. Pull it off and throw it away.

I found a penny in a hot dog once.

Now I only eat hebrew nationals.

A hair wouldn't bother me. I live with a shetland sheepdog, and i swear to dog these things reproduce by sporing. Which SUCKS for a pseudo-gothette like me who only wears black because they haven't made a darker color yet.

Just hair. You get nastier things eating, biting your nails, and rubbing your eyes.

MMMmmmmm... protein!

That's what I was going to say...LOL. I beta tested juice for a vendor...won't say who...one bottle had something that resembled a booger floating around in it. Ewwwww....it hit the trash. I wasn't about to complain because I didn't pay for any of it. I just said that I hadn't gotten to that one yet so please be patient....that was well over 6 months ago.

I just got a bottle of juice from one of the more popular vendors on the forums. I was a little thrown off when I noticed a cat/dog hair sticking out from under the bottles label.. I would believe they stick on the label right after bottling, so it makes me wonder if their mixing station is really as clean as I want to believe it is? I'm not going to name the vendor, just thought I'd share to hear what others here would think if this situation happened to them?

Wouldn't bother me too bad. UNLESS....It was short and curly.
