4) Some people react to pg, some to vg, some to different flavorings. I, for example, have no problem with pg, but too much vg makes my chest feel sort of heavy and some flavorings burn the back of my throat. Try a few different levels. When I finally found a
juice I liked, I ordered it in various pg/vg ratios and nicotine levels to see what I preferred.

6) Nicotine can also irritate your throat. You didn't say how many mg you are using. You might try cutting back a bit with some of your juices, like a higher level when you feel cravings and a lower level throughout the day.
