Philly fining E Cig Vendors for underage sales

NBC Philadelphia News had a segment this evening on fines for e cig vendors who sell to minors. $250 per incident for sale to a minor and $250 for not carding anyone under 26. Looks like a money maker.

This won't affect any of the vape shops that I know of. Those folks are already very diligent about covering their behinds.
More likely is that convenience stores that sell cigalikes will be hit - and probably deserve it.

What's funny is that I've seen plenty of people that didn't look 26 buy cigarettes without showing ID..

But now they'll concentrate efforts on busting stores that sell njoy and disposable Blu.
