RTC only has the 18350's in AW IMR batteries. Those, I believe, are not protected. Thanks for reminding me of this vendor as they do carry some great stuff.

Those are all so sweet. I ordered the B4-050 with what looks like tanish/orangie flowers to go with my first Sneaky Pete. I'm really anxious for that tank to get here. By the way, my Sneaky Pete arrived and I've already polished it with lemon oil to keep the wood nice.

That's too bad. I didn't even check because he carries so many batteries - maybe he's just out of them. You are right, IMRs are a "safer chemistry" but not protected. And seeing you want them for your SP, you are better off with the protected ones as that is what is recommended.

I agree. The Sneaky Pete is just the right size for my small hands. Now about my new (not yet arrived) Phiniac Tank: is there anything special I need to know about inserting a Boge cartomizer and filling the tank?

Yes. A J-tank and one of those SmokTek dual coil tanks. They are plastic though ... I need to be sure of what to do with a glass tank.

Well it is pretty much the same as any other cartomizer tank. Slide the carto in through the holes in the caps to almost the top, then fill. I prefer to fill with a syringe, but some people take the caps off. It is glass so I would try not drop it while filling, but if you do the tank should not break!
