LOL!!! We should have done this about an hour ago! I just answered your drip tip question in the "showin it off thread"

I got the tints and never put one on. At the time I did not have a BP yet and got the red drip tip that came with the liquinator so I got a red tint. The pruple looks like it might match the BP ok, if you get one let me know!

As for the stainless or aluminum, I was thinking about getting a stainless... then pokey PM'd me and told me the stainless got a few bad reviews, I went to the thread and one person seemed to be having some problems and another did not, so I decided to hold off, then decided I was going to try the j-tank so didn't get the stainless. Sounded to me like the bad review for the stainless was having the same issues I was having with the second tank I ordered. I made a phone call to them and they replaced my tank quickly and easily, so in my opinion any color you choose should be fine.

They have purple but it does not match the purple BP.

Thanks mom, guess we started posting at the same time! The photo on the site looks like it would match, but colors look different on different computers. That answers my question no tint for me!

The tints really are needed to make them look nice!

I got the boges with my tank and ordered a handful of extras. I then got the fusions and had the hubby slot them. Now I pretty much use the fusions. We slotted the first few and the last set we did we went with the drilled hole.

If you are not doing it yourself, I do not think it will make a difference. The reason people are moving to the punch, is when we slot with a dremel (and I use the word 'we' very freely as I have never done it myself) the dremel leaves the slot a little rough and I guess this can mess with the oring when sliding over the slot. The drill however pushes the rough edges into the carto and it slides smoothly past the oring.

I just checked the boges that I purchased slotted and they are smooth. There is no difference between the slot and the hole as far as whicking goes, they both work well, so go with whichever is cheaper!

I slot mine and put the bottom seal on over the bottom of the carto. The carto don't slide over the slot that way. But everyone has their own way. As far as drilled, puched, or Dremmeled I don't think it matters as long as you get a port for the juice to get into the carto. I don't think the method matters that much.
The colored tanks are going to be different with juice in them because of the light going through the juice.

I will defin not be using power tools. Everytime I try to tighten the screw on my Buzz I break my wire and that's just a screwdriver

I didn't mean to suggest you should be... If I didn't have the hubby, I would just buy them pre slotted or punched. I was just telling you all that to make the point that slotted or punched, big hole or small doesn't make a difference, as 5card says they all whick the same as long as the liquid can get in!

Good point, I didn't think about that! I don't think the colors make a difference. I love to color coridinate, but even I think the tanks look darn good clear! BUT the food dye option is interesting!

Heading to lake the lake to take my swimming!
