LOL I was not around in 1890's...

Edit: That was vague. Engelbert Humperdinck, German Opera Composer, best known for the play Hansel Und Gretel which he wrote in 1893.

Wow, you really are old, :p (Hubby is a big Ronnie James Dio fan too)

lol jules since u'r going to pick on him like that (perhaps fibbing in there somewhere even - not sure though) perhaps i could play the same game i THINK u'r playing and say tom who? some guy u knew?...:p

I vaguely remember my mom going to see a concert of his when I was a young child. You must really like that corner, hehehe

You are showing your age by using that name, lol What about Tom Jones. He was good way back then too. At least, that's what my MOM said, hehe

I actually saw Tom Jones in Concert... It was in Reno and I was uh... really young maybe 6 or 7. It went something like this:

LittleGtrSoloist: "Daddy, why are those women throwing underwear at the stage?"

My Father: "To show how much they Like him."

LittleGtrSoloist: "I want to be a musician."

Your Hubby liking Dio, is just more confirmation that he has good taste. ;)

Long story short... Blame Tom Jones.
