Pilot or Penstyle?

So I was going to order the pen style starter kit, but by the time paypal got my funds they were out of stock, and all that was in stock was the pilot hybrids, so i ordered one of those kits (and like 2 extra atomizers, and enough juice to drown a dead baby).

My question is, for my next order should I get the pen style and all the spare gibblets to go with that, or should I just stick with the pilot and get more spare parts for that?.. And hopefully a usb passthrough, if they get those for the pilots.

On a side note, Steve needs to update the videos on the site! just found out they no longer test/pre-charge the batteries, so even when I do finally get it i'll have to wait another 12 hours!.. That and they stock new types of vaporizers not on the old stock video, as well.

Go for the Pen style for sure! I really love mine.

There is currently no usb passthrough for the pilot so if you want one of those now, you'd need to get the penstyle.

Indeed, plus I heard it's a good idea to have two models, for when one is out of stock.

They just need to make a gigantic battery and get it over with, who cares about making them look like cigarettes compared to only having to charge a battery once a day or less.

get one of each. I love my penstyle with passthrough, I puff on it the entire time I'm at home. But the 401 is outstanding, is great for away. Get one of each then you are totally covered home and away, also this helps if one is hard to get parts for you can always lean harder on the other for a bit.

well havent tried penstyle yet but Pilot is a good ecig, throat hit is good after u top off or drip but then fades away and id say the pilot is easier for dripping and maybe the batteries last longer than penstyle, not sure....some people are saying they get like 8 hrs on the pilot but mine only gets like 2 heavy smoking.

For what it's worth, I've had the Pilot for almost 2 weeks and I really like it, but I'm going to be purchasing a penstyle as soon as stock goes up, so that I can have a "home" product.

The Pilot has performed very well so far, I only have to charge each battery about once per day. I agree with snf who advised that the Pilot gives a great throat hit once you've topped off or dripped, but then it slowly fades away. It's the only real downside about the Pilot that I've found so far. Although ... it really depends on the juice you're using too. My recently obtained Cash juice, for instance (especially the Menthol), sustains the throat hit and produces vapor for longer than the Johnson's Creek juice I got earlier.

I'm itchin' to grab that penstyle and accessories (I got plenty of juice on my last order) to see how well it smokes in comparison to the Pilot. I'm at a slight disadvantage because I'll have to do it on my iPhone instead of the computer I'm at right now at work b/c our filter system apparently deems PureSmoker.com worthy of being blocked, but not this forum.

my only real complaint about the pilot is the switch is so sensitive, i can't even smoke while drivin with the windows down and i love smoking while driving! But the switch also has its pros, which is u dont have to draw/inhale so hard

I ain't gonna pay that much money just so i can put a big ****-like thing in my mouth.. If i'm gonna put a big ****-like thing in my mouth, I'll make sure I'M the one getting paid.

On a side note I decided to go for a penstyle, with a usb passthrough. Puff away on that bugger at home all day, then take the pilot when i go to work or wherever.

Hey Daniel, is it bad that I'm going to make another order and my first order hasn't even gotten here yet? I'm still a vaping virgin for cryin' out loud!.. Though in my defence I've been researching for weeks and am 98.6% certain I'm going to love these damn things, and am fully aware and ready to deal with all the li'l hassles and issues that come with them.

Which is pretty good, I'm not usually even willing to deal with hassles and issues that come with fellow humans, let alone inanimate objects, but inanimate objects piss me off less. 'specially ones that give me nicotine.
